Quiet, too quiet. It's how she's always been... before that day. He reeked of rebellion and normally that would repel her since she would rather NOT be associated with the center of attention, but he was... so nice. Despite the odd feeling she received when around him that alerted her to be cautious, she still hung around him. The feeling of bliss and contentment swelling in her heart quickly put her worries at rest. He was, to put it simply, good for her.
He was different, but oddly just like her. He too wanted friends, friends to like him for who he was, and even though he said she wasn't his friend, he would always be hers. Whenever she was in trouble, he was there questioning if she was okay. She always was, at least with him around.
Now though, things are different. He is the son of satan. That fact alone should repulse her and cause her the greatest amount of discomfort she's ever felt but she simply... can't. If someone had asked what she thought the son of satan would be like she would have answered: horrible, hideous, terrible... Bot none of those are Rin.
He's sweet, kind, and gentle when he wants to be. There's no one else like him. He's brash, bold, and especially brave. It's as if he has no fears at all. He'll go out and fight a demon on his own, risking his life for the sake of others. To put it simply, he's her hero.
He's her hero, her best friend, and the boy she loves. Whether he's the savior against his father or not, he'll always be Rin Okumura to her.
Sorry about this short little thing. I wrote it a month ago when I was totally obsessed with Blue Exorcist (I still am, but I've calmed considerably.), and I just found it in my Doc Manager... I didn't want it to go to waste... Soooo yup. That's it. See ya. Go Shiemi & Rin!
