"Quit starin' at the Slytherin table, mate and eat your toast." says Ron, throwing a few pieces of toast onto his plate. Harry snaps back to reality, shaking his head and picking up a piece of toast. "Yeah, sorry. Malfoy and Crabbe were being stupid... got distracted... I'm kinda tired too..." Harry says, faking a yawn. "Oh I know. That paper that Snape gave us took me until 3 to do... I still really hate you for dragging me into 6th year Potions, you know." Ron says, piling food onto his plate. Harry chuckles absently, his eyes moving towards the Slytherins again. His eyes lock with Dracos, they both go red. Lucky for him Cho walks past, making Ron think that's the reason for his blushing. "You still fancy her don't you?" He snickers, making room for Hermione on the bench. "Uh, I've gotta go... Still have Snapes paper..." Harry says, getting up quickly and rushing from the room. Ron shrugs his shoulders, "Wonder whats the rush...". Hermione looks over at Harry, then sees Draco leave quickly afterwards. "I don't know, but something weird is happening between Harry and Draco..."

"Potter!" Draco yells, breathless. Harry turns around to face him. "I know... Well, uhm, I scared you away the other day... You know..." Draco mutters, fiddling with the hem of his shirt. "When you said you loved me?" Harry asks quietly. Draco nods, biting his lip. "How am I supposed to believe you? You just might make fun of me in front of the others of me trying to kiss you or something. You haven't exactly been the nicest to me, you know." Harry asks him, crossing his arms. Draco sighs, and steps closer to Harry. "I know... I know I haven't been the nicest to you. Its just, well, I just have always really admired you. But I never thought I would fancy you like I do now." "Then why make fun of me? Why torment me?" Harry asks. Draco looks behind him, Crabbe and Goyle are clambering through the doorway. "Go to the entrance of the Room of Requirement, I'll meet you there. Please?" Draco pleads, before walking over to his friends.

Harry went anyways, even though he thought it would have been fun to stand-up Draco. But he couldn't. In some weird way, he to fancied Draco. And he knew that he had to face it.

As soon as Draco walks over to Harry, the door appears. He holds it open and lets Harry through. Its a strange room, filled with random objects ranging from pencils to couches, broomsticks to cabinets. Draco leads Harry to the back of the room. "Harry, I really do like you. I don't know if you feel the same..." He says, awkwardly, pacing around. "Well, for some strange reason, I don't think I would've agreed to talk to you if I didn't feel something too..." Harry says, looking at Dracos gray eyes. Draco smiles and looks at Harry longingly. "Really? You really do?" Harry nods, and Draco embraces him, his head sinking into Harry's shoulder. Harry smiles and returns the affection, remembering what Draco said the day before.

"Potter!" Harry looks behind him. "Malfoy." He mutters, annoyed. He really didn't want to talk to him at the moment. "What do you want?" He asks bitterly, turning around. Draco stands there, mouth wide open, looking like he has something to say. "Well? What do you want? I need to get this paper done. I don't exactly have time for your pathetic tormenting." Draco nods and looks around, making sure no ones there. Harry just rolls his eyes and walks off. "Wait Harry - I mean Potter!" Draco cries. "WHAT?" yells Harry, whipping around to look at Draco. "I - I love you." Draco says, immediately going read and racing off down the staircase.

Draco looks up at Harry and smiles. "Do you think this could work?" Draco asks him. Harry smiles and nods. "Yes, Malfoy" he drawls. They look into each others eyes, and they lean in to their very first kiss.
