Vanity Park

Dawn was beginning to set in as Veronica lied on her bed within her lavender coated sheets in monotony. She would lie there so firmly and sill as if an ancient wizard had placed a spell of stiffness amongst her. Nevertheless, her un-moving gesture deceives her enthusiasm to do something stimulating and thrilling, not only to her spirit, but to her perceptible consciousness as well. Then, an edge of curiosity set in. It was at that very moment that Veronica decided to dwell within the realms of her mind using her imaginative side to create an idea park that she'd wish to exist in. With this idea, she remained within her bed in keenness, shut the windows of her eyes, and began to turn her mind into her very own vanity park.

The dark gloominess of the park was steady and unmoved. The soil was damped with blood secretion of remaining corpses and creatures recently killed and weren't finished being consumed by their prey. No light dwelled within the scenery although there was the full crimson moon that would set in around dusk. Nevertheless, the moon could not surpass the thick coated blackness of the night hiding every living creature that roamed around its death-like scenery. A variety of creatures subsist in this park, too vicious for any living human being to reside in. Vermin, bats, wolves, coyotes, crows, and other dreadful looking animals too gruesome to even set eyes on, lingered around in agony waiting to sprawl on any creature and feast on their living body and turn it lifeless.

Victoria placed herself in the midst of this here ghastly park as an amendable creature herself for the simple reason that she had always wanted to be a vampire in real life. She would wander and explore the immensity of this park in admiration of how beautiful she had thought to design it. In spite of the horrifying creatures she had placed within the park, Victoria felt at home as if no other place in the world would do her justice, but this ordinary place. She would treat everything that inhabited the park as her own and not a single creature would lay a fang nor a claw on her. As she continued on this mindset exploring the depths of her imagination, Victoria felt at peace and soon this peace led her into a beautiful deep sleep where she could not be awoken by any touch nor strike. There, Veronica lied on her bed within her lavender coated sheets, this time in tranquility.
