Hazel smiled up at Frank as they held hands and watched the sun set. The sky was a deep, warm red, seeming to help set the mood. Hazel tapped her feet as she thought to herself. 'The world is crashing down around me and I just can't find a reason to be loved. I don't ever want to leave him, but I can't make him hurt if I'm alone. I've never opened up; I've tried my best to never let anyone in to see the truth. I hope that you see right through my walls. I hope that you catch me, because already falling.'
Frank must have seen the distant expression on her face, because he nudged her lightly with his shoulder. "Hey, you okay?" He asked lightly.
Hazel looked at him and smiled a small smile. "Yeah, I'm great." She said, nudging him back.
Frank smiled and wrapped his arms around her. Hazel closed her eyes and leaned her head back on his chest. Her mind began to wander. 'I never thought you'd be the one to hold my heart.'
She stifled a yawn, before whispering sweetly. "You put your arms around me and I'm home."
