Being the most mature and personable of the Titans certainly had its upsides. The others would often come to him for advice, and he was easy to talk to about their problems for all of them. Of course it also had the downside of having to try to stay neutral when either of the couples hit a rough part in their relationship.

Beast Boy and Raven frequently subjected him to the experience of being a resident couples councilor, but thankfully their issues tended to be more minor and easier to solve. He generally just had to remind Beast Boy that Raven's not the best at expressing herself, or to remind Raven that she sometimes needs to explain the reason why she does some things sometimes. He wouldn't blame them for forgetting though. The two are generally so at ease and comfortable around each other that it's easy for them to forget they don't know everything about each other just yet.

Usually, it would go like this:

"You know she cares, right?"

"Well, yes, but-"

"And you do know she's still learning how to express herself, right?"

"I know"

"Then why are you so worried about the fact that she doesn't want to do it?"

"I don't know, she never said why, and I get paranoid easily!"

"Alright then, Raven, can you please take Beast Boy here somewhere private and explain why you can't go to the movie tonight?"

"Yes, Cyborg, and I'm sorry Gar, I should have explained myself better."

"It's ok Rae, I just overreacted."

Cue them leaving to talk things over, and then what Cyborg assumed was some private couple time going by the random things breaking all over the place.

That was easy. Robin and Starfire on the other hand? That could get very rough. It was clear to Cyborg how much they care for each other, but man could they make Beast Boy and Raven's bickering look like declarations of undying love when they really disagreed on something.

Many people know Robin can be very stubborn, but Starfire can be just as bad sometimes when she feels strongly about something. It could take a lot of going back and forth before he could get them to compromise on something. Generally, he appealed to the man under Robin's mask, and for Starfire he would have to remind her of how important the things Robin cares about are, especially her.

That usually went like this:

"Ok Rob, I know you want to sit in here and work to ignore the issue, but Star's not taking this well at all, so get out there and remind her how much you care about her."

"But-"

"No buts, I know you're devoted to your work, but a guy hiding out somewhere so he doesn't have to pay a speeding ticket isn't as important as your love life."

"I, but, ok, I'll go!"

"Good"

Then he would run over to Starfire's room as fast as possible.

"Hey Star, how are you feeling?"

"I'm on my sixth bowl of the pudding of sadness."

"Sounds rough, but listen, I convinced Robin to come out and talk things over with you, think you can go meet him? I know he doesn't always show it, but you're the most important thing in his life."

"Yes, thank you friend Cyborg, I owe you the one for this."

"Not a problem Star!"

Normally, he wasn't needed to help smooth things over beyond that point. Often just convincing them to talk things over was good enough for them like it was for Beast Boy and Raven, and he presumed they had the same make-up process as them. Sometimes he wondered how they would even fare without him, but he always reached the conclusion that all he does is get both couples to make up faster. More often, he would wonder why he put up with doing this for them every time, and then be reminded why as soon as he saw them smile at each other.

Cyborg might always consider them extremely lucky to have each other, but he couldn't deny that he loves being able to help them, and he would always be there to help them when they need it.
