A/N: This is dedicated and inspired by a wicked friend of mine, i-see-myself-in-will. :)

Warnings: OOC-Itachi, cursing? Like, there's two curse words in there so... yeah.

Disclaimer: I don't own the characters, nor the initial idea for Itachi-hime. That belongs to my friend :)

Hope you like it!

Trees a blur, his feet quickly and precisely landing and jumping off the strong branches of each tree, Sasuke continued his pursuit. His coal eyes focused intently on the black raven speeding in front of him, he hastened his pace. Left, right, right, left...

This game of cat and mouse continued on for a while. He knew he shouldn't have gotten out of bed that morning. From the moment his feet touched the cold, wooden floor, he was struck with a sense of dread and unease. There was this nagging feeling at the back of his mind that he will witness something sometime soon, and it would either break him or make him.

There.

The Uchiha made an abrupt pause in front of a shabby, decrepit looking hut out in the middle of the woods. His eyes darted quickly to the right following the shadow of the black raven closely until it flew inside the hut. He let his eyes bleed red, surveying his surroundings of any trap. Noting none, he marched onwards, his feet landing softly on the barely visible footpath.

He masked his chakra as he neared the hut, idly noting the presence of a much stronger, and very familiar, chakra signature, his eyes taking on a shadow of the murderous intent lurking beneath. His feet itched to simply burst in and kill the bastard inside but his logical mind prevented him from acting so carelessly. He has to observe and remain hidden.

Tense and ready to fight, Sasuke peered into the small window, expecting Itachi to be there expecting his arrival. What greeted him, however, caused him to blanch, his eyes comically widening as his jaw slacked open.

There, in all his glory, was Itachi, patting his blue and pink dress - yes, dress - littered with the signature blood red Akatsuki cloud. Sasuke watched wide eyed as Itachi swayed back and forth, letting the ankle length dress fall beatifically, softly, as he eyed every angle on the full length mirror in front of him. Gone was his low ponytail, replaced by two twin-pigtails tied high atop his head. Sasuke saw a faint nod from Itachi before he reached forward and retrieved what looked to be a golden, princess crown, placing it on his head delicately.

"Perfect," he heard him mutter.

~~oOo~~

"Perfect," Itachi murmured, roaming his gaze appreciatively over his attire. His soft mouth twisted itself into a smug smirk before his periphery vision snagged on a dark shape lurking outside the window. As soon as he turned around, however, all he caught was a swift wind permitting a few autumn leaves to enter the hut and scatter inside.

Dismissing it as none of his immediate concern, Itachi turned back to the mirror, and once again admired his hand-sewn dress, his hands poised to sample some dark eye-shadow...

~~oOo~~

Panting, Sasuke finally decided to stop and rest at a tree about two hundred miles away from the hut, deciding that it was far enough from Itachi, or whoever the hell that was inside that hut. What the hell was that?

His mind muddled up in confusion and utter shock at what he had witnessed, Sasuke decided to head back to the village, dragging his feet behind him, cursing that black raven for all he was worth.

He knew he shouldn't have gotten out of bed this morning.
