A/N: awwww! I want to cry a bit, it's like watching a possibility that stopped being one a long time ago happen in front of you. Kills slowly my friends, it kills slowly.

He took a deep breath and held it in for ten seconds and let it out, he repeated it ten more minutes, and then turned to the man beside him.
'Do you think it will get better soon?' he said quietly, but the ire in his voice was heavy, the man beside him gritted his teeth, the clenching muscles of his jaw the only sign.
'Knowing her? Not for another twenty-some minutes.' The man then took a sip of his tea and stared blankly at the two women in the room.
'She's always been this way hasn't she? I use to see her like his a lot in school, even if I wasn't her friend, she tried to do it to me once as well.' And he took a sip of his tea, as the black haired man beside him smiled, his emerald eyes shining.
'Yeah I remember that actually, Ron was in a right mood after when he find out that Hermione was speaking to you. I think she was just worried about you though, she wouldn't have bothered herself if she wasn't, not back then.' And he sagged in his chair a bit more, like it was his, it probably was considering all the times he had been the office in his school boy years.
'To think I had made friends with the two of you so unwittingly and hadn't even noticed.' He turned to look at the man next to him, all relaxed and right, like he was part of the décor.
'Hah… I suppose your right, it just kind of pops in on you when you least expect it. Like when your child asks you one of those hard to answer questions and you remember when you had first asked that question as well, like it's a little reversed and you feel a bit differently afterwards.' He chuckled a bit before looking into his tea.
'Yes, I can understand that, should we interrupt before they start a larger argument?' he said before turning from staring at the man to looking at the two females in the office.
'Auh, I suppose we should now shouldn't we?' and he drank the last of his tea before setting the cup and saucer down on the desk, staring at it little listlessly before straightening and clearing his throat.
'Hermione, love, you've been of topic for five minutes now.' And he had to say that Harry was the braver man for interrupting mid sentence rather than waiting for a pause of breath.
'Huh? Oh sorry Minerva I hadn't realized.' And she seemed a bit at odds with herself before taking her own cup of tea from the desk.
'Quite alright dear, I seemed to have not realized as well.' And the headmistress seemed rather sheepish as well.
'On with the matter at hand then, Mr. Potter, Mrs. Weasley, and Mr. Malfoy, it has come to our attention that Rose, Scorpius, and Albus have been out and about after curfew and have taken both the map and cloak from James, by all means I must say I would like to thank them for that, however, it has also come to our attention that a few ingredients have gone missing from the potions cabinet, further more…'
And he couldn't help but to think that if he had keep his mouth shut, if he hadn't have been such a prat, if there had not been a Dark Lord, or a war, that they could have been like their children are, that he could have been a part of the Golden Trio, and silently, Draco cried a little on the inside, full of regret.
