Disclaimer: I do not own Blood+. If I do own it, Hagi will most probably be my boyfriend, which is impossible.

Author's note: This is a one-shoot story. I know I've got a lot of spelling and grammar errors, so once again be easy on me and please do tell me the errors. I'm not really that good in English.

The Journal

I was once…in love with a girl.

She was like any ordinary girl I met but yet the way I felt for her was so much different. She was so fragile and innocent. I know…I sounded like a sick love puppy or worse than that but I just can't help it.

Her name is Saya. Otonashi Saya.

I always hope and pray that one day; she will notice me and acknowledge my feelings towards her. Please tell me dear God, will she ever be mine?

Behind my emotionless face and appearance, it is hard to tell I'm in love. Nobody would believe me even if I told them. They won't understand. My family and friends, they never try to understand me. In my father's eyes, I'm the only son in my family and I must make him proud as always. And my mother, she doesn't even bother about me. She was all the time busy with my big sisters, thinking about brand new clothes and accessories to wear the next day. My friends, they are not the real friends anyway. I'm rich and I know what they are after. Money.

I'm not perfect as everybody claimed me to be. A rich, handsome and genius guy in school. Actually I'm imperfect. I need love from someone. Someone that care about my being and honest. Someone that actually understand me. And that someone is Saya.

She doesn't know that the first time I set my eyes on her; I already gave her my heart. I loved the way she smiled and laughed, I sincerely did. My heart ached when I saw her cried over her unsuccessful relationship with Solomon. I know how she felt.

I decided, from that day on, I will always make Saya happy even if I have to hide between my own shadows. I secretly sent her some poems, flowers and love letters. It was worth it as I saw she was blushing while reading the love letters. Sometimes she will smile and laugh at my jokes written in the letter. I am happy.

So, my well-hidden-best-friend, will you promise me you won't tell this to anyone especially Saya? I will burn you up if you told her.

Good night, dear journal. (Diary is a bit sissy, isn't it?)

Saya reread the journal once again. She was surprised when she found out that Hagi loved her all this time. So, it was him who sent those poems, flowers and love letters to her. She smiled and kept the journal in her bag. She feels great and thankful that someone concerned about her well being.

"I thought I put the journal somewhere here. Where is it?!" After a day, Hagi gave up and continued his life with a new journal. And after a few weeks, it was gone, again.

The cycle continues until Saya confessed to Hagi that it was her who stole all his journals. She also admits that she had the same feelings towards Hagi and she kissed him. And they live happily ever after.

Dear diary, (although my father called it sissy)

Please keep this a secret; I'll be dead if my parents knew that I'm selling their stories in this web site.
