Ezio Auditore jumped into one of the canvas-hiding-places-in-Constantinople hastily, running from a bomb wielding guard patrolling the rooftops.

He was running, again, from a pesky guard simply because he was taking in the view. He grumbled in Italian while adjusting the pinkish cloth to appear undisturbed. After finishing that, he began to wait out the eager Ottoman, running around and loosening shingles from the roofs.

"Where are you, maymun?" The guard's guttural voice called out. From what Ezio could hear from his reclined position, something was being tossed in his hands.

It sounded suspiciously like an impact bomb, full of British gunpowder.

Ezio quietly gulped. Cazzo. Of all the kinds of gunpowder the Ottoman Empire got to distribute to their soldiers, why the British kind?

A warm breeze fluttered the pinkish canvas, and Ezio pressed his body closer to the edge of a wall. The clinking of his Ishak Pasha armor made him cringe.

Boom.

Ezio twitched at the noise. The guard's loud curses informed him that he had dropped the bomb.

He heard the stomps, and they came right above the cabana he was under.

"Come out of your hiding place!" The guard said again, angrily and tossing another impact shell bomb in his hands again. Another crashing noise along with the guard's frightened yelp made Ezio jump. He muttered a quiet, obscure Italian curse, when the foolish Ottoman finally left.

True story.
