Summary: The Wright Anything Agency was, well, ANYTHING but boring. -Short piece written for challenge in WriterVerse, an LJ writing community.

Athena was still getting used to the daily routine of being a defense attorney, or more specifically, an attorney under Mr. Wright.

There weren't special requirements to be met, or ceremonies to be witnessed. But there were a lot of quirks in the office.

For one, Mr. Wright was always, always, always telling them to clean the toilet. Apollo said, in the several months he'd been working here, there'd be occassions that cleaning was done three (or more) times a day. He said he didn't understand how the boss was such a neat freak only in the bathroom, but Athena didn't think that was it. Sometimes, it seemed like Mr. Wright was waiting for them to say or do something specific...

And Apollo, himself, was a character. Every day, his ear-splitting Chords of Steel exercises managed to give her new sorts of heart attacks. She tried to prepare herself for them, but even he seemed to be waiting for something in particular after his arrival. Woe betide the client who came in the wee hours and wasn't entirely awake yet.

Trucy, of course, was a delight. Her father doted on her, and she loved to hang out with the attorneys when she wasn't at school or forced to do homework. But she also loved her magic tricks, and Athena was finding it more and more difficult to deny her when she heard the joy growing in her heart. Even if some of the tricks were a little... out there. She thinks of me as a close friendalmost like a big sister. And how could she say "no" to that face?

All in all, the Wright Anything Agency was crazy at the best of times, and made her head spin at the worst. But despite the bizarre turn her life had taken, it was definitely a turn for the better. If Simon would visit occasionally, it'd be perfect.

"B-Blackquill?! Uh... good morning!"

Noisy, but perfect.
