So, first fic published with this user. Since I love Blam/Slaine, I decided this to be the first. Written by Hermione Tickle-Me-Doe-Face Overstreet (my sister, who's younger and shared this account didn't want our real names, even though it isn't a problem with me, insisted to use fake names, so, haha). Just a short fic. Enjoy!

"Sam!" a voice says

The voice is distinct but familiar at the same time (if that made any sense). Sam sits up from his roof, looking down.

It's Blaine.

"What are you doing here?" Sam asks, legs swinging on the edge of the roof of his motel room.

"I heard about you staying here from Kurt" Blaine says loudly, climbing up with Sam.

The sight of Blaine, prim and proper in his Dalton uniform, trying to climb a cheap motel's roof made Sam laugh. The fact that he had short limbs didn't help either.

"Grab my hand," Sam says, reaching out.

"Thanks," Blaine grunts, grabbing the blond's hand, callused from years of playing the guitar.

"Why'd you even come here, Anderson?" Sam asks "Thought you didn't exactly like the fact that I couldn't afford Dalton. You've ignored me since"

"That's kind of the thing" Blaine shrugs "I was being stuck up and really immature about the fact that you were transferring to McKinley" he looks at the fair-haired boy "Dalton's not the same without you. I mean, the halls are quieter now" Sam laughs "and I don't get to hear the dean's voice shouting at you. But the other guys and I really miss you"

Sam nods slowly "Funny how my dad could afford Dalton the first two years of my high school life and now…" he looks at Blaine "I'm sitting on top of a motel room I live in and going to one of Ohio's most trouble-filled high schools"

Blaine gives him a look of sympathy, all pursed lips and furrowed eyebrows.

"Seriously, Sam if there's anything I can do to help -"

"I'm not a charity"

"And I," Blaine says defiantly "am not going to let you eat canned goods for the next few months"

"Blaine. Seriously"

Blaine huffs "I tried"

Sam laughs, eyes crinkling as he looks at Blaine.

There's a comfortable silence between the two boys until Blaine says, "Remember last year at Dalton?"

"How could I not?" Sam chuckles "That was the year Jeff set off those firecrackers in the seniors commons and the year -"

"I actually wan't referring to that" Blaine mutters assertively.

Sam raises an eyebrow.

"We dated, Sam" Blaine says in a manner that reminds him of a certain Rachel Berry.

"i was experimenting," Sam replies, avoiding the dark-haired boy's eyes.

"Exactly why we lost it to each other" Blaine mutters fumingly, bitterness in his voice.

"is that the real reason you've been avoiding me?" Sam says "Because I did you a favor?"

"You being my first is a favor to you now?" Blaine shoots back "Because losing it to another guy actually meant something to me"

"Blaine - honestly" Sam sighs "It's the first time I've talked to you in months and I don't want to -"

"Is that what you thought?" Blaine narrows his eyes, with a laugh "I didn't come for you. I drove two hours from Westerville for Kurt"

Blaine jumps off from the roof effortlessly, brushing himself off.

"You brought it up!" Sam cries defensively.

"I'm aware," Blaine says, back turned against Sam "I just didn't think you were that much of an jerk not to care."

"I'll see you soon - or something" Sam mumbles, but loud enough for the Dalton boy to hear.

But he doesn't say anything. He just drives away

If you could leave a review, that'd make my day :D
