At the end of the original Lion King Kiara wasn't presented. Simba really had a son. But yet why wasn't he in the sequel? This is what would happen in the second movie if Kopa were there.
It was Kiara's presentation. On the side was Kopa, Simba's eldest child who was filled with excitement and pride as he was watching his little sister raised in front of their beloved Pride Lands. Even though Kiara wasn't going to be the heir, it was still a big day.
"Grr," Kopa had heard Zira growled, "That little brat shouldn't be up there. It should be my beloved Kovu up there. Simba also shouldn't be king. It should be Scar and I should be up there as his queen." Ugh, Kopa thought disgustedly. From what he had always heard about Scar was that he was just a villainous murderer and ruined the peace and beauty of the Pride Lands.
"Zira," Simba had started, "I am sick of your treason. I had allowed you to stay here in hope you have changed. I however see you haven't so I order you to take your cubs and go… now." There was a growl in his throat and Kopa shook there in fear.
"Of course your highness," Zira hissed, "but I will come back for revenge."
"What are you gonna do about her dad?" Kovu asked, frightened.
"Nothing son," the king chuckled, "Zira's crazy and won't be able to harm either you or Kiara."
"Really Dad?"
"Yes son, now go ahead and play I know it'll be tough on you without Vitani but it'll be better I promise."
"Ok Dad," Kovu cried prancing off into the grasslands.
Yeah that was the first chapter. Sorry if it sucks, the first chapters always do whenever I write stories lol. Please don't completely give up on it it'll be really good eventually. Promise.
