"Zuko, are you serious? You're going to let her out? She's crazy!"
Katara was furious. She couldn't understand the logic in Zuko's idea. One moment they all agreed Azula was crazy and she needed to be locked up, and the next, Zuko wanted to get her out.
"Katara, she's my sister." he insisted. "I'm sure she is calmed enough now to not hurt anyone. "
She sighed. "I don't trust her, Zuko. You know she has issues. Even your uncle agreed..." Katara insisted.
"I-. I know, I know!" he growled. "But-"
His phrase was caught in the middle, as the door opened, and Aang along with Sokka proceeded in. "What's going on? Katara, I can hear you yelling from the end of the Hall." Aang cocked an eyebrow.
"You would be yelling too, if you heard Zuko's proposal, Aang..." she snorted.
The Airbender turned to Zuko, who scratched the back of his head nervously. Great. Now he had to tell everyone...
"I...um..." he paused and cleared his throat. "I've decided to let Azula out of the Asylum..."
"YOU WHAT?!" Sokka's reply came. "Are you nuts?! She's going to kill us all!"
"At least, Sokka agrees..." Katara rolled her eyes.
"Aang?" Zuko turned to his friend, who seemed to be skeptical. "Sokka and Katara are right. She's dangerous. But, she's your sister too. Maybe you should give her a chance, see if she's changed at all, which I highly doubt, but you can never know. You're the living proof."
"Thanks Aang." Zuko nodded.
"I'm not guarding her!" Sokka rushed to say.
"Hey, relax. I won't have any of you guard her." Zuko laughed. "I'll task two of my soldiers."
"So, you're going to let her out anyways?" Katara questioned.
"Yes, and right now in fact. I'll go and see her."
She shook her head. "Zuko. If she attacks you, hit her back. Don't hesitate."
He looked down at the Waterbender and nodded with a small smile. "I'll keep it in mind."
