For interview No. #7, I thought that I would interview someone that was not a sith lord, yet still a sith.
Mara Jade, the "Emperor's Hand" under Emperor Palpatine. This was before she meet Luke Skywalker.
INTERVIEWER - Hello, Ms. Jade. May I please have a moment of your time? I have a few questions.
MARA JADE - I need to be ready for whenever Emperor Palpatine requires my services. Make it quick.
INTERVIEWER - Understood. Why do you serve Emperor Palpatine?
MARA JADE - Because the empire needs my expert services. No one else can do what I do, as good
as I can. I track and eliminate rebel terrorists and corrupt imperial local governments.
INTERVIEWER - Sounds very tiring. How do you relax?
MARA JADE - Do you mean fun? To me, hunting and eliminating rebel terrorists is fun.
INTERVIEWER - Please forgive me; however there are some that would say that your kind of "fun"
is rather cold.
MARA JADE - How is that cold? These rebel terrorists claim that they support democracy, and yet they
repeatedly attempt to murder the elected leader of the government, and then attempt to destroy the very
republic that elected him. And they don't care how many innocent civilians die in their failed attempts.
That is what makes them terrorists.
INTERVIEWER - Fair enough. Sorry if I offended you. Do you ever travel, other than for work?
MARA JADE - A few times. I've been to Kashyyyk, home of the wookiees. And I visited Tatooine before.
And Yarvin 4.
INTERVIEWER - Do you have any hobbies or passions?
MARA JADE - I enjoy cooking. I'm a vegetarian.
INTERVIEWER - Any particular favorite vegetables?
MARA JADE - I like hot peppers. Kashyyyk has some extremely hot ones.
INTERVIEWER - Do you have a favorite color?
MARA JADE - Red or green.
INTERVIEWER - Thank you kindly, Ms. Jade.
