Mandieee here: Yet another Jommy fanfic. I don't know what it is about those two, but I love em. Reviews are good, and so constructive criticism – so please review && rate && comment. I'll be using various songs throughout this story, no copyright infringement intended. I do not own any song I will use, and yes I will state that before every chapter. Enjoy!
Note: I do not own the song "Skin" by Alexz Johnson.

*Another little white lie [Prologue]
She stared at the clock; time for her never went by quickly. She couldn't bare sitting on that stool in the middle of that room with him watching. Holding back tears as she looked around to make it seem as though she was fine, when in reality she was breaking down. She began to sing randomly:
"Oh, he's under my skin.
Just give me something to get rid of him.
I've got a reason now to bury him alive
Another little white lie."
She paused.
"I don't believe I'll be alright.
I don't believe I'll be okay.
I don't believe how you threw me away.
I do believe you didn't try
I do blame you for EVERY lie."
She began to scribble out a few words. "No." She thought to herself. "That sounds weird… maybe I should change it... No. The first version is always the best right?" She continued to sit. That wasn't the song she recorded a few hours ago, no. She recorded a hopeful song a few hours ago. But what hope did she have left? Her parents were divorced, her father whom she used to be able to tell everything to, she didn't trust anymore. Her sister hated her guts (or so it seemed) and the one person she could trust with her entire life's worth of secrets hurt her in the worst way she could possibly imagine. She began to cry. She got up and walked out, but not before looking at him.
"Every song's a story right? Thanks for being my biggest inspiration."
And she walked out.
All he could do was watch her go. He didn't enjoy seeing her like this. If this was any other guy he'd go out and hunt them down until he found the person responsible for making her feel like that. But this time, he wasn't looking for anyone. No one had run away from her because they were scared Tommy would come after them. No one had run away because this time it was his fault. He made her feel this way. He pushed her to this point and to her limit. Nobody else. For the first time, it was all on him. And for the first time, he fully took the blame.
