AN: This is Alice and Jasper's meeting in the POV of their guardian angels. Jasper's is a girl and Alice's is a boy.

Disclaimer: I don't own Twilight. :(

He didn't know why he was here, but I did.

She was here, in this town.

His light.

The person who could heal him much more than I could.

His soulmate.

I just had to help him find her.

JAJAJAJA

She knew why she was here, so did I.

He was going to come in here. Soon.

I would normally not be comfortable with her being so close to another of her kind, but he was different.

He was her soulmate.

The person who could help her find herself much more than I could.

She just had to wait for him to come.

JAJAJAJA

I lightly pushed on his back, guiding him through the rainy streets, to the place where she waited. When he looked at a human in longing, remembering his thirst I lightly flicked his head, gently discouraging him from drinking. He would not be able to enter the diner with red eyes.

JAJAJAJA

I noticed that the waiter was looking at her funnily, most likely wondering why she hadn't ordered anything. She would have to order something if she wanted to stay in the diner. She had to stay inside the diner. I put the thought in her head to order a drink. She called the waiter over and ordered a Coca Cola. Pushing the ice cubes around she thought

Where are you? I've waited for too long for you not to come.

If he didn't come I was going to kill someone.

JAJAJAJA

He was waiting in the alley around the corner from the little diner, looking a lot like he just stepped out of a horror movie. He was toying with the idea of actually going into the building. Of course he had no idea why he would want to go in, but I would make sure that he did. I walked over to stand by his side on my tip toes and whispered encouragment in his ear. He took a hesitant step forward and I encouraged him to continue. Just a couple of steps to the happiness he deserved.

JAJAJAJA

She was overtaken by a vision. I looked in on it. It was of him. He had finally decided to come in. I looked expectantly at the door, waiting to see this man in person for the first time.

JAJAJAJA

He opened the door, causing the bell overhead to ring. I scanned the room to look for the woman who would steal my ward's dead heart.

JAJAJAJA

He was tall.

He was blond.

He was dark.

He was covered in battle scars.

JAJAJAJA

She was tiny.

She had black hair.

She glowed with happiness.

She looked like a pixie straight from Neverland.

JAJAJAJA

He was perfect.

JAJAJAJA

She was perfect.

JAJAJAJA

She stood up and walked over to him. He tensed. She didn't care.

JAJAJAJA

He watched her as she walked over. I expected him to tense, and he did. She didn't care.

JAJAJAJA

She looked him in the eye and said:

"You've kept me waiting a long time."

JAJAJAJA

The southern gentleman in him took over and he took her hand and said without thinking:

"I'm sorry ma'am."

JAJAJAJA

I had never seen her so happy.

JAJAJAJA

I had never seen him so happy.
