Calm and cool, that is what she was supposed to remain. However, here he was, striding confidently amongst the trees. How she wished that she could just reach over and strangle him. Doesn't he know how much her heart endured? Doesn't he know how much the Ministry people had jeered at her? When she speculated that he was still alive? Doesn't he know the pain and suffering he put his daughter to? Aurora had cried, for days, when she heard that he was dead. She had cried too, which had lead to her current state by the lake, wishing that she could drown her sadness in its dark murky depths.

The man spotted her that instant. Walking closer to her, he wrapped an arm around her waist.

"Hello, my dearest." He murmured. She turned around and slapped him.

"What do you mean by disappearing like that!" She cried, nearly in tears. "Don't you know how much we suffered?"

She is sobbing now, hot tears spilling onto his robes. "I'm sorry, Minerva, but it was necessary."

"I know, Albus. I'm sorry." She replied, wiping the tears away.

Albus hugged her in tight relieved arms, as they stood there, watching the sunrise.
