"A dragon and a princess." Mira cheerfully whispered to herself one day, " A dragon and a princess." Lucy looked up from her book-in-progress. "Did you say something Mira?" Lucy asked. Mira span around to face Lucy. She had forgotten Lucy was there. Mira managed to plastered on a smile.
"Oh it was nothing, Nothing at all." Mira said sweetly. Lucy paused before continuing on her novel.
A few minutes later, Natsu slid over to where Lucy was sitting at the counter.
"What'cha doing?" Natsu asked as he tried to see what Lucy was writing. Lucy looked up.
"Oh, I'm just writing a book." Lucy said before looking back at her progress and scribbling down a couple more words.
"What kind of book?" Natsu questioned as he leaned closer to Lucy.
"A Fairy Tale." Lucy replied. "And you're too close!" Lucy pushed Natsu face back.
"Can I read it?" Natsu asked.
"You can read it after I'm done with it and when Levy's done reading it." Lucy answered, "I promised Levy she would be the first one t-" Natsu was already reading the page entitled: ~The Final Chapter~. Lucy sighed hopelessly.
"I'm almost done with the end. And that's not even the first page." Lucy said. There was a couple minutes of silence as Natsu read on.
"What does the dragon always die?" Natsu asked. "W-what?" Lucy said in a confused tone.
"Why does the dragon always get killed?" Natsu repeated.
"Uh...well because he's the bad guy?" Lucy tried. But, Lucy Heartphilia was failing miserably to convince Natsu that the dragon was the bad one.
"Why the heck is the stupid prince trying to steal the princess from the dragon?" Natsu said. He was clearly angry.
"Um...the prince needs to save the princess from the bad dragon!" Lucy said. She thought she was doing a good job, but Natsu was still not satisfied. "Why does the dragon have to be bad?" Natsu said, quite annoyed by Fairy Tale logic, "Can't the dragon have a happy end too?" Mira decided that Lucy needed some help with this.
"What kind of ending would the dragon have?" Mira asked Natsu. Lucy was relieved that Mira was now helping her.
"Like the Dragon gets the princess in the end." Natsu said, "That sounds way better than the other crap." Mira let out a small "eep" because she could see where this was going.
"Wait...how would that work?" Lucy asked and tilted her head to the side.
"Like this." Natsu said and he pushed his lips on Lucy's. Mira squealed and knocked over the tequila.
So now I will tell you, My dear people, that there is a difference between Fairy Tales and Fairy Tails. In Fairy Tales, a bunch of cliche crap happens and the Prince and Princess get together. But in Fairy Tails, the Princess and the Dragon get together. Because Fairy Tail is just crazy like that.
