what happens when a girl is found dead in the river, only for her the wake up, but not remember a thing.

CHAPTER 1

Sinking deeper in the sea of despair all around her,

Too lazy to wake up and break free,

At this rate she'll fade away at the bottom of the sea.

Will there ever be someone who will go searching for her?

She doesn't know why she is here or where she would go,

When she sees a light that blinded her

with a soft glow

she can reach out and pretend that

she has it in her hand

but it passes and left with just some

empty sand.

Where can this light be from, she

wishes she could know

so close, so far, so warm that even she

could somehow go

She turn and wear her counter-illumination

A lie for you, just a show

She's a deep sea girl, sinking deeper

ever still

Closing herself away from the light

and the whole world,

She's a deep sea girl, hoping someday

she will find,

A heart that will stay beside her and remain hers for the rest of time.

Along the riverside of the Thames river a couple walked hand in hand, the women slowed to a stop, and looked over the edge. The girl froze at the sight she saw, a blur of red in the water, the women let out a terrifying scream as she backed away from the edge.

"What's wrong darling?"

The man asked his tone full of worry.

"T-There's something in the water!"

Her body shook with fear, the man took a look.

"Bloody hell! Get the Yard!"

The women took off full speed running to where she last saw the Scotland Yard. The man quickly went down to the bank of the Thames River, and ran along side of it, following the trail of red, he soon spotted something caught on a rock, it was...A body! He jumped into the blood stained water, and made his way towards the body. The man grabbed hold of the body and, proceeded to drag it out of the water and onto land. Once on land , the man checked and saw it was a girl around the age of nineteen, red stained her blue hair, and white dress. There was a heavy spot of red on he stomach. He placed his ear to her chest listening for her heartbeat..Silence. He pulled away from the praying for mercy on her soul. The women showed up along with the Scotland yard.

"She's dead."

The man said sadly. The women went over to her husband and hugged him while also praying for mercy on the poor girl's soul. The Scotland Yard kneeled around the beautiful girl, they could feel this girl was one of the light left in the world stained with darkness. They took off their hats and bowed their heads.

"Please...Have mercy on her soul."

The Yard got up gently lying her body onto the stretcher. They carried the poor girl away, slowly making their way to the most dreadful place for the dead...The undertaker.
