Ode to John Cena
Your time is now,
You're on the prowl,
Fans cheer you when you're talking smack,
They boo you when you're acting whack.
Not many people know that you're Italian,
But to me, you'll always be my prince, my stallion.
Aside from that, you're on the top card,
You're the face of the WWE,
Believing in Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect is not hard,
Standing up to hypocrites by mouthing off "U Can't See Me."
Electrically-shocked with thousand watts by the Big Show,
Attacked with verbal etymology by Chris Jericho.
You've battled against the brave and bold, the big and small,
The entertainment catapults us to an overwhelming enthrall.
Outside the ring, there's a heavy heart that cares,
Touching young lives with problems that are hard to bear,
And honoring the men and woman in uniform,
Who protect our country and hang their lives up in the air.
Massachusetts boy, I know what you're all about,
A future Hall of Famer, without a doubt,
When you entrance music raps, we won't fear,
We'll rise from our seats because the Champ is here!
