Disclaimer: I don't own anything but Lara.
Note: Alright, I wanted to do another Wild/Pyro ficlit. I couldn't help it. So, enjoy this one and DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!
"You got it?"
"Yep. You got the feathers?"
"Uh huh. Let's go."
Pyro placed a finger over his smirking lips. Wild grinned back. They were both crouching outside Logan's bedroom door and the clock read 5:30 a.m. Lara held a bag of feathers and Pyro had a jar of glue. They knocked fists and then creaked open the door so carefully that it didn't make a noise. They had to be invisible if they were going to get by Wolverine's senses. They stayed low to the floor and glanced at Logan, hoping he wasn't having a nightmare. If he wasn't, you couldn't wake him up for anything.
They were in luck! Logan was sleeping heavily, his arms hanging off the sides of the bed and lightly snoring. Wild Thing bit her lip to keep from laughing and watched her boyfriend creep over to the head of Logan's bed. He held up the glue and twisted the top open. With the attached brush, he slowly spread glue on Logan's cheeks and down his arms. Lara scooted up next to John and followed his actions by lightly putting feathers on the glued skin. She choked back another giggle and they surveyed their prank before leaving as quietly as they had come.
"Alright!" Pyro cheered. "Gimme five, sugar," he said teasingly and held up his palm. Lara, however, had a different idea. She jumped into his arms and planted a kiss right on his lips. John's eyes went wide for a second and then he relaxed into it.
The kiss we broken by a loud, pissed off roar coming from the mansion. They jerked their heads around and Lara slid to the ground.
"I think Wolverine just woke up."
"Yeah…me too."
Logan was in the doorway, glaring daggers at the two. A few feathers still clung to his face and arms, but he had ripped most of them off.
"PYRO! WILD!"
Lara and John exchanged looks and Wolverine stepped off the sidewalk, jogging toward them with fire in his eyes.
"You got a plan?"
"Yeah."
"What is it?
"RUN!"
