LOST
Summary: This is a poem that can be from the point of view any character on the show, I guess. Mainly those who died though.
Already dead, I met you
We danced around the fire
Our show of feelings flaming
With our passion and desire
The others watched us, silent
As together our limbs wove
Our lips and bodies, dying
As our broken spirits rose
Our pasts so far from perfect
Our lives so far from new
Our spirits far from innocent
Our hearts so far from used
The pains that wracked our bodies
The ones that made me cry
Consumed all of my gracefulness
Killed all light in your eyes
The lies we spun around us
That kept us trapped like flies
The silken strands are snapping
Cleansing us of our disguise
I think as I lay dying
We were never meant to be
But I'd rather to have met you than
Be the one I used to be
