Hi all, I actually wrote this few years back. It was actually an application for a contest in the Winx Club forum, which now no longer exists. However, I wasn't able to submit my application.

I reopened this document earlier and thought that I could share it to you all. And here it is.

This actually takes place in Winx Club season 2 where Flora wrote a love letter to Helia. Before she had the chance to give it to Helia, apparently Helia had already brought her to his arms.

I hope you enjoy reading it.

Disclaimer: I do not own Winx Club or any of the characters mentioned. If the contents were found similar, it is purely a coincidence.

Dear Helia,

I've thought for a few nights and I finally got the courage to write this letter to you. Do you believe in love at first sight? I know I never did. But I do now. I confess. I'm in love with you. I'm not sure if you feel the same about me but I certainly hope so.

Remember Red Fountain's opening Ceremony? It was the day where we first met. My memories are still clear of the doves you drew. You used brush and paper instead of graphic pallets. To be honest, I feel that it's wonderful because it shows off the nature in art. Your lines were so full of energy, I could really sense the energy in them and I really love the way your brush strokes match the fern leaf in the paper of your art work. Remember when you said that no one had ever noticed the ferns in the paper before? I felt very nervous at that time. It made me kind of special to you.

One thing's sure. I owe you my life. You saved me from the monster that attacked Red Fountain. I had a feeling that you were trying to help us fight off the monster in giving us hints on using ropes and that gave us the opportunity in finding the monster's weak point. But you didn't quite interfere with the fight. That's one thing I couldn't understand. Even so, I want to once again thank you for rescuing me.

Later that day, after everything had been settled, I received something. I was sitting under a tree at Red Fountain's garden and a paper airplane flew down to my side. The paper airplane turned out to be a portrait of me. Immediately, I thought it was you but I couldn't be sure.

From that day on, I couldn't stop thinking about you. Layla caught me writing your name in my notebook and daydreaming in class. Well, she saw through my anyways. I asked her to help. Here, I want to apologize for Layla sneaked into your room. It was a request I made to find out more on how you feel about me. I was grateful that she agreed to help. She didn't have much time before you went back into your room. However, she did find something. It was a poem that you wrote but it wasn't finished. It was written:

Your voice,

The murmur of wind sweep trees;

Your hair,

Tall grasses on a summer day;

The mirror of fauna is _

Well, she felt it was disgusting with all that sweet talk but I, I felt that it was really sweet. I wanted to ask. Is my name the answer that fills in the blank? You don't really have to answer actually. No matter the poem was for me or not, I still feel that it's sweet. Umm.. The white flowers you received at your balcony a few days ago were my doing. They're my favorite and are only found in Linphea. I thought I'd share them with you. I hope you won't feel bugged.

Lastly, I thank you for reading this letter. Whether you feel the same way or not, I still want to at least tell you,

I LOVE YOU
