Dean sat down with empty bottles of whiskey in front of him. He left his hand around the neck of the full bottle, his other hand on his almost empty glass. He looked into the distance with that expression again. The expression that says so much, that says he's seen more than someone his age should.
Cas.
Cas…
Where is he? Is he okay? It doesn't matter. He doesn't matter, I don't need him.
Dean thought all those things at the same time he was thinking about the way Cas walked, how he talked and smiled. The loyal and broken Cas that needed Dean.
"Dean."
A small gust of wind hit the floor harshly. "Dean.." The deep voice continued, "I'm sorry."
Dean looked up at the angel with tears in his red, swollen eyes.
"Leave Cas. You've gotta go." Dean voice was shaky and cracked.
"No, Dean listen to me please…"
Cas walked closer to Dean slowly. He stood so close, Dean could almost feel the angel's warmth. Dean looked up in his eyes, they were red and swollen too, like he had cried for weeks. Cas put his hand on Dean's shoulder.
"I'm so sorry…" tears fell from his eyes.
"For everything, for punching you all those times, for hurting you, for lying, working with Crowley, keeping secrets, breaking Sam, opening Purgatory, leaving you in purgatory… Everything."
"Why are you apologizing now?"
"Dean" Cas whispered. "I love you."
His hand gently flowed down Dean's arm, to his shirt collar. He unbuttoned the first button, and the second, the third, all of them.
Cas placed his hand on Dean's face, Dean leaned in. "I love you too."
Cas brushed his hand all over Dean's chest, feeling his structure.
Dean closed his eyes and groaned as Cas moved his hand towards his belt buckle.
"Cas. Stop." Dean demanded.
"Why, what's the point."
He wrapped his hand around Dean's shaft, and grabbed it tightly. Dean groaned, leaning his head back as he relaxed. "Dean.." Cas whispered.
Cas leaned forward, intensely kissing Dean as his hands started gently rubbing the shaft. Dean started moaning during their kiss.
"I- mmm." Dean grabbed the seat of the chair, groaning louder with every touch Cas gives.
Dean dug his nails into the chair, letting out one last groan.
"That didn't take too long." Cas let out a low chuckle.
"I'm not done yet."
Dean took Cas's belt, wrapping it around his wrist, he held Cas by his waist and lifted him up onto his lap.
They both let out a breathy groan. Cas putting his tied hands around Dean's neck.
"Mhn." He growled as he started moving. Dean held Cas tightly by his waist, supporting his movement.
"Cas.." Dean moaned as he closed his eyes, moving his hands towards the smaller man's shaft, moving the pace they're both going.
Cas started groaning louder, he laid his head on Dean's shoulder as he started feeling more intimate.
"Does it hurt..?" Dean asked softly.
"No.." Cas quietly said, and for the first time, he felt happy. Truly happy, the right kind of happy.
Footsteps approaching started echoing through the bunker. They were nearing towards the living room where Dean and Cas were, suddenly, the door opened. Sam walked through carrying a close to empty beer bottle.
He looked at them, neither of them notice.
Dean let out a loud growl.
"Um." Sam said without thinking, he quickly turned around, closing the door.
He ran his hand through his hair, chuckling.
