AWAKEN FROM THE DEATH NAP
When the world glows before the sunrise.
Showing all life rather beautiful and nice.
I wake up with a stream of tears in my eyes.
To face rather a dreaded day without advice.
I now even think of it with my eyes shut.
Events of trauma and agony that came in a rut.
Ooooh, the pain, the agony, the horror of hell.
These events of the past have rung my death bell.
I can even feel those incidents pulsating in my body.
You can see it in my eyes and feel it all burning bloody.
But out of all those I was able to escape barely alive.
Now I faced it, effaced it, and live in a silent cool jive.
Oh boy, now its the new me with a newly built form.
Sort of resurrected and reincarnated in a new norm.
I now am strong and ready to face just anything.
Even my old past who gave me scratches in my heart without warning.
Just see me now, all new, rest, tanned, and ready for action.
All fears and bad gone and now feeling good interaction.
