Juliet
I felt ridiculous. Here I am, after growing up in MIAMI, pressed against Shawn in fear. The sky growled and I tried to get even closer as his arms tightened around me. His lips brushed against my ear softly. "Shhh. It's okay, Jules. I promise. Thunder can't hurt us."
"I'm not a little kid, Shawn."
"I'm sorry, baby. I'm just trying to make you feel better."
I sighed. "I know you are."
Thunder clapped and I tightened my arms around his waist. He pulled me up from our bed and pressed against me. "Come on. I want to show you something."
"Shawn-"
"Come on. Please?" I nodded and he grabbed my wrist and pulled me to the front door. I was so embarrassed. I'm not scared of dangerous murderers but I'm terrified of storms.
"What are we doing?"
"Shhh. Lets be every romance movie cliche." Shawn replied as we put on jackets. He dragged me outside into the rain. We were soaked in seconds.
Thunder growled again. "Shawn-"
Instead of answering me, he pulled me to him, wrapped his arms around my shoulders, and kissed me. He kissed me until I forgot it was storming. I don't know how long we stayed like that; kissing until we couldn't breathe, or staring into each other's eyes.
He didn't stop until we were both shivering from the cold. But it was worth it. I looked up and Shawn smiled in triumph. I wasn't afraid of the storm anymore.
I hope you liked it. Please review. If you don't watch Supernatural or Vampire Diaries or havent seen the season finales, this is a good time to leave. Okay, when Dean said his speech, the obsessed fan in me had my heart shattered in bits of happiness. I almost started crying. Seriously. And I hope they know that isn't the real Stefan. Grrrrrr. CW upsets me sometimes.
