1Well, readers, it's that time of year again. So here's my Christmas present to all of you. Don't be offended if I leave any of your favorite characters out. This is my first oneshot story and it's my first T rated one too. Happy Holidays! Spoilers for "Grave Danger."

SECRET SANTA

Sara Sidle hopped out of her Denali into the blistering Las Vegas in December weather. "It's ironic" Sara said to herself, "That I was only just singing 'I'm dreaming of a white Christmas,' but it's more like multicolored and very freaking hot."

She reached into her backseat and pulled out a bright and colorfully wrapped gift. "Greg better like this." she said as she walked into CSI HQ.

Inside, she was greeted by her supervisor Gil Grissom. "Party's going to start soon, Sara." he said. Sara followed him into the break room, which was currently decorated like Santa's workshop from that Rudolph cartoon she watched as a child.

Sara set her gift down on a table along with the others, and walked up to Catherine and struck up conversation. Right then, Grissom called everybody to order. "And now for the moment you've all been waiting for!" he shouted above the energy of the crowd. "The Las Vegas CSI Secret Santa! Catherine Willows, come up front, please!" Grissom handed Catherine her gift.

"Wow, Gris, I always wanted the encyclopedia of entomology!" She said when she opened her gift.

"Sara, open my gift next!" Greg shouted jumping up and down like the child at heart he is. "Settle down, jumpy!" Sara said. "It's Grissom's turn."

Grissom waited patiently as Nick handed him his gift. Grissom was very excited as he tore away the Spiderman wrapping paper.

"Wow, Nick. It's 'A Bug's Life' on DVD!" he said. "I knew how much you loved that movie!" Nick told his supervisor. "Why, thank you Nick. And I also loved the ant farm you laid on my desk yesterday too." Grissom said jokingly.

Sara accepted her gift from Greg. It was the prettiest dress she'd ever seen. "Oh, Greg, I love it!" she screamed in delight.

"Wait, there's more." Greg said dropping down to one knee. "Holy shit." Sara said. "I didn't expect this."

"Sara Sidle, will you marry me?" Greg and Sara had been going out for about 6 months following the trauma with Nick being buried. "Yes." Sara said tearfully. And fro once, Sara Sidle actually enjoyed a CSI Christmas party.
