Hey, this is my first Rocky fic, and, of course it's Riffgenta. Set during Magenta's teen years, she's probably 16/17 ish. Just something I came up with listening to The Last Night by Skillet. The lyrics don't belong to me, nor do the characters. I'm sorry if it sucks.

You come to me with scars on your wrist
You tell me this will be the last night feeling like this
I just came to say goodbye
I didn't want you to see me cry, I'm fine
But I know it's a lie.

Riff Raff looked up as Magenta walked up to him. She pushed up the long sleeves of her shirt and showed her brother the scars and cuts on her wrists. He gasped and grabbed them, careful of the scratches.

"This will be my last night feeling like this, Riff. I just came to say goodbye, I didn't want you see me cry.." She whispered, turning her head away from him.

"Why? What's wrong?" He asked quietly.

"I'm fine, Riff..." She lied and she knew Riff Raff could see right through it.

This is the last night you'll spend alone
Look me in the eyes so I know you know
I'm everywhere you want me to be.
The last night you'll spend alone,
I'll wrap you in my arms and I won't let go,
I'm everything you need me to be.

"I can't stand this, Mom and Dad blame me for everything that happens. If the sky falls they'll find a way to blame me." Magenta said with a shaky voice. "Whenever I tell them how I feel they say I'm going through some phase, but I'm not, and I'm sick of it."

Your parents say everything is your fault
But they don't know you like I know you they don't know you at all
I'm so sick of when they say
It's just a phase, you'll be o.k. you're fine
But I know it's a lie.

Riff Raff sighed, he'd known Magenta pretty much all his life and he loved his little sister, maybe more than he should. He knew his sister far more then their parents did, they were too drunk to care most of the time. He was the only thing that really kept the family able to pay for their house and the bills. He worked days at a time, not coming home much.

This is the last night you'll spend alone
Look me in the eyes so I know you know
I'm everywhere you want me to be.
The last night you'll spend alone,
I'll wrap you in my arms and I won't let go,
I'm everything you need me to be.

The last night away from me

He embraced Magenta tightly and pulled her into his lap, "This is the last night you'll spend alone, got it, Genta?" He said holding her chin, getting her to look him in the eyes, "I'll never let go of you, I'll never leave. And this," He said, brushing her wrist, "will never happen again."

The night is so long when everything's wrong
If you give me your hand I will help you hold on
Tonight,
Tonight.

"But what do I have to stay for?" She trembled. He clasped onto her hand tightly, as if he needed her to live.

I won't let you say goodbye,
I'll be your reason why.

"I won't let you say goodbye. I'll be your reason why." He growled, wrapping his arms back around his sister and let her sob into his shoulder, gently rubbing her back and, occasionally, kissing her frizzy hair.

The last night away from me,

"I promise, Genta, forever and always..." He whispered into her ear before she fell into unconsciousness.

Away from me...
