Day 3 – A Game that is Underrated (Happy wheels)
This game is so addictive, but a lot of people put it down because it's so simple, but people are so creative on it and it gives me chills when people do music maps.
So here's my idea of origins for irresponsible dad ^_^
Disclaimer: I don't own happy wheels or the respective characters
He sat in his armchair, his green shirt pulled tight against his torso. His sneakers rested comfortably on the stool just in front of him, and he could just about see his son in the next room over, a papercraft airplane in his tiny hands. Divine smells wafted from in the kitchen as two high pitched voices called his name from the kitchen.
"Dad! Dad!" He smiled and closed his newspaper, placing it carefully on the side table, rising just as two small girls jumped onto him, pulling them in close.
"Daddy! Guess what we just made?!" He pulled back and placed them back onto the carpet, his smile widening as he took in their flour covered forms.
"Cupcakes!" Just at that point, his wife walked in, a tray in her gloved hand.
"Honey, we need to talk." He looked down at his smaller wife, his face returning to serenity. His two daughters looked up at their parents in wonder, their small eyes glinting as the chandelier above their heads lit the room brightly.
"Alone." She looked down pointedly at the two children, who immediately ran into the next room, surprising their young brother.
"You never take him out anymore. What happened?" Her stern face made him involuntarily take a small step back, the back of his knees hitting the armchair and nearly making him topple head over heels.
"We had this discussion yesterday, I don't have the time anymore, and we're struggling as it is." His moustache jumped on his upper lip, his eyebrows furrowing.
"But the poor child is upset! You can't expect him to entertain himself; you haven't even spoken to him yet, on your day off too!" Her face started to contort, turning crimson.
"Then why don't you take him then!" He shouted, spittle launching from his lips. She narrowed her eyes at him angrily, as if daring him to say more.
"Don't you start that! I have those two to look after; all you have to do is take him to the park once a week! Any you haven't done that for weeks!" she stepped forwards, jabbing a tiny hand into his broad chest.
"Hey! Where are you going!?" He began to storm out of the room, pushing his way into the room where his son was sat with his two sisters. He picked the 6 year old up, despite his protests and stormed out of the house, grabbing his bike as he went and jamming his safety helmet onto his head, handing the youngster his own to put on.
"I'm leaving! This moaning has gone on far enough!" She stood in the doorway, her fingertips on her temples.
"For how long? Where will you go?!" She shouted at him as he strapped his son into the child seat, getting onto the bike and kicking off, pedalling away from his home, looking back once to shout at the petite woman he left behind.
"I don't know!"
So yeah, drably thing. Sorry it's mega late, I forgot lol. So great aren't I, forgetting about a 30 day challenge. Oops.
