Holding Me Captive

Chapter 1

Disclaimer: I don't own Ouran.

What a waste. That is what I first thought when I saw Ouran High for the first time. I mean, who really needs a school that big. There is only what, 1500 students, and the school looked big enough to house the population of a small city. Rich people.

Now you might be wondering how I can afford to come to this school (if you can even call it that) if I seem to be middle class. Well, that is another story for another time. As I walked up the huge stairs, (I see how the students keep in shape) I made my way to the office. The second I walked through the doors, people stared at me. I will tell you this I am not a beauty. In fact, I am quite plain. Except for my eyes. My eyes are my one true vanity. They are unique because one is red and one is gold. My hair is a reddish brown and very slightly curly. My skin is naturally a copper tone and I am 5'2", which is not really that tall. One word I hate is being called is short. I will beat up the next person to call me that. I have the barest of feminine builds, even though I am a girl. So I am betting they are staring at me because I decided to look normal and wear jeans and a tee shirt. I refuse to wear that waste of fabric. Note how I didn't say good fabric, because honestly, why would someone wear yellow (no offence to any yellow lovers)?

Looking around myself, I wanted to run. But there is no why in hell that I am running from yellow and blue penguins. I would look stupid, although not as stupid as the penguins. It is almost a shame to call them penguins, because penguins are totally awesome and don't deserve to be mocked. Why am I talking (read: thinking) about penguins?

If you are wondering how she has two different eye colors, you have to keep reading. Thank you if you review, because this is my first time actually writing and continuing a story.
