AN: I don't own Harry Potter nor do I have anything against autistic people in any way. I am heavily inspired by Flame05's story. It will have many similarities. Also, I will use pop culture from today and the past.
Nearly ten years had passed at the Dursley household and Harry Potter was waking up to sun shining in his eyes. It was too bright. Harry rolled out of bed and fell flat on the carpet, which gave him a nice tingling feel on his face. He quickly got dressed in a forest green kimono for Dudley's birthday.
Harry looked in the mirror. His eyes were like emeralds and his hair was raven-black. He looked down at his desk, full of designs. Harry remembered how it all started.
Harry was two, drawing his first design. It was of a dentist drill, designed to be more efficient and less painful. He showed the drawing to his uncle. Now, Vernon Dursley liked a few things more than he hated Harry. One of them was money. When Vernon came home telling his family how Grunnings' director had loved Harry's design and said he wanted to see the more of them, a new order came to the house. Harry was now an equal, as long as he kept bringing in ideas for the company. The director happened to wanted two things from Vernon, Harry checked for autism, the director had a nephew diagnosed with autism, and expand the company to build things other than drills. So, the next month Harry was kept in the smallest bedroom and got an appointment with a professional.
After hearing Harry had high-functioning autism like many famous people from history, Petunia warmed up to Harry. She loved fame. Soon, Harry was more than an equal, he was the favorite child for both 'parents'.
Harry soon began to discover his likes and dislikes. Harry always loved different cultures. Especially America and Japan. His favorite television show from England was Doctor Who. He hated Call of Duty but loved Japanese games, such as the Ace Attorney games. When Harry turned 8, he started reading up on psychology. At 9, Harry learned the japanese language. He started studying at 3 when he saw a picture of Tokyo and decided he'd live there someday.
There was one problem, though. Harry had no friends. Dudley, in spite, had mad sure of that. This bothered Harry. He would like to talk to some kids that didn't have autism. Harry had no idea that was all about to change.
