AN: One-Shot about how Kaya from 'Viking's Homecoming' was kidnapped by a Monstrous Nightmare when she was six, and how she ended up at Blueman's Island, left for dead by a dragon, and found by two girls, Camicazi and Josanne. Anyway, R&R, and please please please favourite. Remember, reviews are appreciated. Also, I'd like your opinions on wether or not I should do a One-Shot about when Kaya was born. Should I? Or shouldn't I?
Kidnapped Haddock
"No! Not without Hiccup!" Screamed a young girl by the name of Kayanna. With auburn hair and green eyes, she looked almost exactly like her brother Hiccup, who was three years older than her at the age of nine, while she was six, but the two were still inseparable. Literally. Their parents, Stoick and Valhallarama, were wrestling against the grip of two scrawny children who held onto each others' arms in an attempt to stay together.
"Come on, Kayanna. Today is your special day with daddy. Please let go, and we won't try to separate the two of you again." Val said to her daughter, who held her grip so firm that her brother's arms were starting to turn white.
"No! I wanna Hiccup to come with us!" Screamed the six year old.
"I'm not letting go!" The nine year old boy screamed.
"Alright, I didn't wanna have to do this, but you leave me no choice." Val said, and she grabbed both children's wrists and pulled them apart long enough for Stoick to run out the door with his screaming daughter struggling against his grip.
"No!" It was the last thing Hiccup would hear her scream.
"KAYA!" He cried out, but she couldn't hear his pleas.
"Kayanna, please stop crying. You'll see Hiccup again before you know it." Stoick tried cheering his daughter up, but she cried harder.
"Me wanna go home NOW!" Little Kaya screamed.
"Kayanna, I can't right now. Gobber will be here any minute." Said her father.
"I wanna go to Hiccup!" She cried. Most children cried from separation from their mother. Not Kayanna. She was closer to Hiccup then anyone else. All of a sudden, her cries were muffled my dragons' roars.
"RAID! EVERYONE GET INSIDE!" Stoick yelled as everyone ran off but him and Kaya.
"Baby girl, come on. We need to get you back inside." He pleaded. She whipped her tears away and ran towards her father as fast as she could, but it wasn't fast enough. A Monstrous Nightmare swooped down and grabbed the small child by the arm and flew away with her.
"KAYANNA!" Stoick bellowed.
"DADDY!" She cried. The dragon flew away from Berk with the cargo between its claws, but Stoick could only think of one thing.
How would he tell Hiccup and Val?
When Berk had disappeared from Kaya's view, she started crying. The Nightmare flew as fast as it could go and sometime the next day, dropped her on the ground on a small island, known by many names, but to most, Bleumen's Island. Kaya cried and cried, when nightfall finally came and she fell asleep. The next morning, two young girls named Camicazi and Josanne were playing in the woods when they heard sobs. They followed it to a girl their age.
"Who are you?" The always bold Camicazi asked.
"K-Kayanna. My brother calls me Kaya, though." She said, looking down at the locket around her neck.
"I'm Camicazi, but you can call me Cama. That's Josanne. Her nickname is Joe." The little blond haired Cama said.
"How about we take you back to the village?" Little brown haired Joe asked.
"T-thanks." With that, Kaya followed Cama and Joe to the place she'd spend the next six and a half years living in.
