It all started as a normal day for Sam Puckett but that was about to change. Carly and Sam were out shopping when sam began having trouble breathing so Carly took her to the hospital. Once there the nurse gave Sam puckett an oxygen mask wich gave her pure oxygen wich helped for a little bit but by the end of the day Carly shay noticed Sam breathing horribly so she got the nurse. The nurse decided to move Sam to the ICU and intubate her so she could breathe.
Once in the ICU the nurse explained to Sam puckett that she was going to be put to sleep and have a tube down her throat wich would breathe for her. After intubating Sam the dr's did some tests and an x-ray and noticed an injury to Sam's lungs that needed repairing so they took her to surgery. During the surgery Sam took a turn for the worst so the dr's gave her medications. Shortly after the surgery Sam developed an infection resistant to medicine so the dr's made Sam puckett as comfortable as possible by giving her medications that worked, occasionally breathing for her via bag when needed and making sure the infection cleared up wich it did.
The next day Sam puckett partially woke up and was responding to the nurses and Carly shay's commands such as squeezing their hands lifting her legs etc etc. The nurse decided to extubate Sam and give her an oxygen mask but after an hour Sam puckett wasn't responding to anything at all and her oxygen wasn't improving so they decided to reintubate Sam. About a day later Sam puckett woke up to the breathing tube still down her throat wich caused some minor discomfort not a lot. Later in the Carly noticed Sam becoming delaious and scared so the dr's sedated Sam puckett. About a day later Sam was extubated and given an oxygen mask to assist breathing. Sam puckett was released the next day.
