Puck's ma always said he had selective hearing. He was pretty sure this was a prime example.
He'd been napping; not unusual. It was early and the only reason he even showed up at school was for glee and 'cause he needed the diploma if he wanted to do anything with his life. Which he did. Just not in Lima.
In that dull, monotonous tone most of his teachers had mastered, he heard, "What comes after 69?"
Nobody could really blame him when his head came off his desk, hand vaguely wiping at the drool collecting at the corner of his mouth, and he replied, "Mouthwash."
In fact, most of them laughed. Awesome.
The teacher not so much.
She glared at him. He was about 2.5 seconds away from telling her she needed a little 69 in her life if she was gonna be that bitchy all the time. But she beat him to it, pointing at the door and demanding, "Get out."
Rolling his eyes - seriously nobody had a sense of humor anymore - he stood from his desk and swaggered toward the door, pulling out his cell phone as he went. "Hey, thanks for the free period… Got a great idea how to spend it, too…"
"Out!"
Chuckling under his breath, he did as he was told. Walking down the hallway, he started texting Rachel, smirking all the while. He was feeling a lot more awake and there was an empty choir room he and his girl could be defiling.
Of course, convincing her to skip class was going to be difficult. Not impossible though… Puck might not be a wordsmith, but he was a sexsmith and he could text Rachel right out of her panties without even trying.
So he did.
