The breeze swept over the nation as a hush rushed over the crowd. President Opal stepped onto the stage. She smiled down and waved. "Thank You all for coming here tonight!" She brushed her shining red hair behind her face, exposing giant earrings. "My great-grandfather, President Snow, has fought for this nation in the second rebellion, taking down Katniss Everdeen and the rebellious group." She wiped a tear from her radiant pink eyes. "We share today as we morn, the 100 year my brave relative died for his country, as we all morn, I would like to take a moment of silence, so that my great-grandfather can hear our prayers, and that he will watch over the annual 200th hunger games and he will choose the true winner for our incredible nation." She ended her speach as everyone sat in silence. After a minute she spoke again, "God Bless." She smiled, her pearl teeth shone through the screen. "At the end of our silence, I, President Opal Dahlia, will like to announce, the beginning of the process of the 200TH HUNGER GAMES." Cheers burst out from the crowd as President Opl stepped down from the stage and out of sight.
