The Slayers

Charlie is struggling with his past and his future. What if there was a reason he and Bella have hard to read minds (read the Midnight Sun draft on ), and it wasn't just coincidence? Who was Bella's grandmother, Charlie's mother, and why was Charlie so superstitious all of the time? Bella had a fate, and falling in love with Edward made it even more confusing. Is it Charlie's job to fix that? There's a reason behind Charlie's 'don't ask don't tell' policy. Will they slip up and tell him the words he needs to hear in order to activate the slayer inside of him? What he pretended he didn't know could actually kill, all of them.

I had this idea for a story, and obviously it isn't quite ready yet. I'm not a fan of Breaking Dawn at all, it was pretty craptastic, but I am making this story's setting after Breaking Dawn, because that was when Charlie had seen Bella's transformation, and Renesme. Of course, keep in mind that they actually never told Charlie that they were in fact vampires, and what Renesme was, because he had told them not to.
And if you're too lazy to read Meyer's Midnight Sun draft, Edward obviously can't hear Bella's thoughts, but Charlie's mind is also fuzzy to him, even though he never has told Bella this in any of the other books.
I am still piecing this story together, but you can review my little summary of it if you wish.
OH YEAH, and this plot/idea is totally mine. Don't steal it, I know people on fanfiction who can tell me if you stole it. MINE!!
Most of the characters are Stephenie Meyer's of course.
