A/N: Greetings people of the internet. First of all, I wanna give credit to Idontknowwhatyoumean for giving me inspiration to write this parody. He's made a few parodies of his own, and I loved them, so I thought I'd do one myself. Second, I heard this song, and it was just perfect for Bill, because I personally always call him Cipher instead of Bill, so I just had to share this with the people on Fanfiction. Also, if any of you have a YouTube account, PLEASE MAKE A SLIDESHOW FOR GRAVITY FALLS WITH THIS SONG PLAYING! But this is basically to all the Fallers out there who are really into Bill Cipher. I am currently really interested in that fandom right now so that is also why I wrote this. (That and the fact I was bored) This will also occasionally apply to some of the other characters in the show, mainly Dipper, Mabel, Stan, and maybe even Stanley, but there are no ships or Pinecest intended.

A/N: I know I haven't updated my story that I have up now, so this is basically my way of apologising to my audience. I know I made those crummy promises, but my editor hasn't been editing! WHY MOM!?
