A dark haired boy sits at the edge of a lake. He is wearing a black Jedi robe, and is looking skyward. He is Darth Ben Valor.
I wanna find it
What I've been searching
The sun sets, and Darth Ben turns away with a grimace of pain
The boy reaches out to the sky
Another boy with brown hail looks out of the window of a palace, dressed in a royal cape, but wearing martial arts clothes under it. He is Neroes Urameshi.
He prays he'll get it
No doubt he'll make it
Neroes looks forlornly out the window, desiring something more.
All of his goals and desires
The music speeds up. We are taken to the inside of a fortress, in which the gate explodes, revealing three cloaked figures.
When you fly in the sky, simply divine …you're dreaming
Leave your worries behind, cuz' that's imagination
We see Ben facing the hooded figures with a red lightsaber.
Can you feel it tonight, the fire inside…it's burning
One of the figures draws a Katana and charges him. The Katana buzzes with electricity.
All you gotta do is break on through
To make your wishes all come true
The two begin swiftly exchanging blows.
Amazing
They blade lock, glaring at each other.
Any day, anytime
We go to a scene of a huge black man walking toward Neroes.
You can reach out to the sky
Neroes leaps up and kicks the man in the face.
Spread your wings Catch that light
We go to an new scene. A man stands on the edge of a fortress, seeming to float in an endless sky. He has hair down to his sholdiers, black and silver. He is Solomn Regret.
Say it now, "I'm gonna be myself"
Solomn lifts his hand, and the sky seems to shatter
When you fly in the sky
You're dreaming
Darth Ben stares out at the sky breaking. We go back to his fight, the man with the Katana stands over him.

We go to Neroes, in a dark chamber, staring at the ceiling.
All you gotta do is break on through
To make your wishes all come true
We go back to the beginning, as Darth Ben reaches to the sky.

Ok, that was hard to understand. Anyhoo, it's a preview for my next fic, Shades Of Black, starring authors, flamers and characters alike. This is a brainchild I've been working with for quite a while…..even if the preview sucked.
