Hello there! This is not a story more like a guide to fanfiction.
Ill try to show you ways to improve your story's
First, try to Avoid the following words when trying to write a story:
Banished, Betrayed, Lost, Forgotten, Unknown, Epic.
Next I should not have to even say this but.
DONT BE BLUNT WITH TITLES!
I swear to god I saw storys like this:
"Annabeth cheats on percy and becomes a god"
"Percy gets betrayed and joins chaos."
Thats tells the reader that you dont know how to attract their attention or you're 5 year old kid.
NOW THIS IS MY GOLDEN RULE
Dont type this in summery EVER.
"I suck at making summerys"
"I dont know how to make one"
Just from that this is what the reader will think.
If you cant even make a summerys whats makes you think you can write a Story?
Here is a example of something that I will say sucks:
Title: Banished percy joins chaos after annabeth cheats on him.
Summery: Just read it it is good
See that is what i call GARBAGE ^
Heres a good example of what I expect
Title: The Tribute of Greeks
Summery:Percy was once an average Demigod in Camp Half blood but when The Gods elect him to participate in the Thousand year old tradition of joining the Demigod Hunger games with the children of Norse gods, Egyptian gods and Hindu gods, He wonders "Why me?"
^That is a story that I just came up with in a minute I approve of it I avoided the generic title and I grabbed the readers interest by telling them about the Hunger games and other gods. (Feel free to PM me if you want the story I made up)
