Beauty…
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Well, I think it's partly true.
I have met the most handsome man.
He goes by the name Gallagher.
What a strong, handsome name!
I hope he doesn't see this… it would be embarrassing…
"Hello," said a voice. It was his. Spooked, I slammed the book shut and spun around. "H-hey," I blushed. "I wasn't expecting you to be h-here!"
"Why are you so jumpy, Sharla?" he asked.
"Ohh… nothing," I hesitated. "I don't think you would care," I daintily handed him the book. He opened the first page. He gasped, shocked. "Technically, I shouldn't say you're beautiful… but you sure are handsome." He blushed. "I don't mean to embarrass you…"
"Y-you think I-I'm handsome?" he smiled. "Thank you… people rarely say that!" he blushed again. He kneeled down and hugged me. I was taken aback by this, but I did the appropriate thing, and hugged him back. "Please, Sharla. Please write more poems for me!"
"I-I will…," I sighed.
A/N: that's a taste of what's to come. I'll introduce the other Elite Four members, eventually.
