"I gotta call her," Finn said out loud. "I just gotta,"
Finn had been pacing back and forth in his room, which was difficult considering the tiny size of the space. He couldn't stop thinking about Rachel. Her long hair, her shiny brown eyes, her high-pitched and admittedly sometimes annoying voice.

Rachel was just finishing recording her most recent Myspace video when her cell phone rang. She had just clicked the "OFF" button of her camera and packed up her tripod when the sound of Wicked's "Defying Gravity" projected from her pink rhinestone studded phone.

"Good evening, this is Rachel Berry!"
As soon as Finn heard Rachel's voice on the other end of the phone, he felt his heart start racing.
"Um.. Hey, Rach.." He mumbled. He'd never been so nervous to be on the phone with someone. Since he'd broken up with Rachel, he couldn't stop picturing the look on her face just before he walked away. At the time, he'd felt good about hurting her so badly. He'd felt that she deserved it. But after a lot of thinking, he knew that it wasn't worth leaving Rachel. He loved her so much, and he knew that they could work through this.
"Hello, Finn," was Rachel's icy response. "What can I do for you?"
"Rach.. I miss you," Finn sputtered. "I really miss you. Can I come over and see you? Please?" There was a long pause, but Finn could hear Rachel's steady breathing.
"Okay," she finally whispered.
