Introduction
7 years after the Soul Seekers Dace proposes to Daire. How will he propose? What will she say?
Dace Whitefeather Proposes
Dace had finally gone out of town for a week to get an engagement ring for his girlfriend Daire. They had been though a lot together. And Daire nearly went back with her mother but stayed for Dace and that made his heart soar when she chose him. Her mother left angry. But Daire was happy and he knew it was the right time to propose. So he went out of town for a week and picked up a 300 dollar diamond ring. He then returns home where Daire is waiting for him. Dace doesn't say anything to her about the reason why the trip was so important. But he said does she want to go to Enchanted Hot Springs tomorrow. She says yes immediately saying it will do them some good.
The next day they travel on horseback to the Enchanted Hot Springs, Horse and Raven with them watching.
"Daire do you know why I bought you here?" Dace asks
"No. I thought we were going for a relaxing swim", Daire says puzzled
"I am doing this", Dace says getting down on his knees, "I have loved you since the first time you came to Enchantment. And I knew there I had met my soul mate, my partner in if. You are beautiful, intelligent, funny, reckless and have a soul that shines for everyone to see. I knew when we started out it wasn't going to be easy. But we pulled through whatever Cade throw at us and other creatures. We did it all together. I rescued you and you rescued me. I love you with all my heart, soul and body. Daire Jaslyn Lyons-Santos will you marry me?" Dace asks holding out the ring
It was a simple ring with just a simple diamond in the middle. Daire looks shocked that he asked but then smiles she felt that way too. They were meant to be together.
"Yes I will marry you. Today, Tomorrow, and the future", Daire says tears in her eyes
Dace puts the ring on her finger and Daire throws herself up into his arms and he holds her tight. She said yes. Dace was a very happy man. He was going to marry the girl of his dreams. Life couldn't get much better then this…
