Of Poseidon Chapter Five
Everyone at the tribunal just stood there, in shock. Nobody said a word until Antonis said, "That is absolutely the true Gift of Poseidon." After that, everyone starts cheering. Nobody paid any attention or believed anything that Jagen said after that. Whose fault might that be? Oh, yeah. Jagen, Paca and Tyrden. Tyrden steps in and said, "You won't get away the next time. You will definitely regret this. Don't worry. We will plan our revenge and we will get away with it next time." Everybody stopped, stared, and suddenly, Galen goes after Tyrden, Jagen and Paca to drag them into the Ice Caverns for all eternity. Especially since they deserve it. Not a single Syrena can outswim Galen. Galen has the biggest fin of any Syrena that ever existed. Syrena were watching and whispering about the Gift of Triton, how he had a fin as big as Galen's. But people were confused as to why he didn't have a supersonic scream, like Triton had. Grom realized though that since Galen and Rayna were twins, that they must share the Gift of Triton. People agreed, especially since twins, either identical or not, should share the Gift. It only makes sense. Especially when Rayna screamed when they were younger. Everything moved when she screamed as a child. It still might be the same now. Nobody knows what will happen, but if something does happen, the kingdoms will have to unite and help.
The next day, Galen and Emma celebrated with Rayna and Toraf by going out for ice cream. They all laughed and had a great time until Galen said, "Emma, do you want to, maybe, do something sometime? I will totally understand if you say no..." he rambled on and Emma replied with a yes. He stopped mid-sentence, shocked. "What? Really?" he asked. "Yeah," Emma replied. "You're funny, tons of fun, sweet and totally irresistible," she continued. "Okay. Well, how's tomorrow? We can go bowling or to a movie or something. You pick what we do. I honestly want to get to know you and I also want to get to know you better." he answered. Ohmysweetgoodness, Emma thought to herself. She had to go shopping for a new outfit. She had to call Chloe and tell her... oh yeah. She forgot. She would take Rayna shopping instead.
