Deanna 's Pov.
I woke up with the sun beating down through my parted drapes that hung in my dark room. I untangled my scrawny legs from my thin bed sheets. "Deanna, Sweetie breakfast" my mother shouted from the steps. I sat up from my bed and stretched my arms and legs. I looked through the parted drapes, staring up at the pretty blue, non-dark sky. I got up and pushed my self to the bathroom. I took a shower and quickly washed my brownish-reddish hair. I opened the bathroom door in just a towel and started to look for my clothes. I picked out a pair of holey skinny jeans and a 'My Chemical Romance' band tee , and a pair of black and white vans. I walked down my creaky old steps and into the aroma filled kitchen. "Hey Mom" she nodded towards the piled table filed with all sorts of food. Since my Mother was a chef she cooked non-stop and didn't take no for an answer. I picked a apple from the fruit basket , and took my coat off the hook in front of the door.
"Dee honey are you sure you don't want me to walk you to the office?" My mother pleaded with me for the fifth time. "No mom , I'm not a little kid anymore. I can handle going to the office by myself." I said. Even though I was scared shitless about going in I wasn't going to let her know that, and why would I let her walk me? I swung my shoulder bag around me and got out the car. "Bye mom"
"Bye Dee" I waved bye as the car flew up the road. I turned around and headed towards the building. I noticed ever since I step out my car people were staring. I'm I that interesting? I rolled my eyes and continued walking.
Once I got the office I walked in. The warm air hit me like a ton of bricks. I guess they don't like cold air. I walked up to the office desk. "Hi I'm Deanna Jenkins the ne-"
"The new student! Already know. It is a pleasure to have you here at Blakeview Ms Jenkins" I smiled. I guess not everyone has a problem with me. The woman at the desk went through some files. "Here is your locker number and combination , schedule, a map , and please get this signed by all your teachers" she said. I muttered a thank you and got the papers from her hands. I walked out the office and opened up the map she gave me and started to read it. Which didn't work out as well as I thought it would. I ended up, I think it is the south wing of the school. Or was it just a hall. I have no idea. I decided to ditch the map and try to get back to the office by memory.
Three and a half an hour later
Okay now I was pissed. The bell has ringed three times and no one and I mean NO ONE would help me. I am beginning to hate this school more then I should.
