A Municipality is where you pay water and electricity bills in South Africa I don't know what you call it in Japan.
Seto Kaiba never gives up even if he has to struggle the whole night, he does not and will not give up. It is currently 1:35 am at the Kaiba Mansion and Seto has been struggling since 8 o'clock to fix the kitchen tap because their wasn't any water coming through. Seto could phone a plumber but decided to fix it himself and being as hard headed as he is the more he struggled the more determent he was to fix the problem himself. Mokuba had long since gave up trying to help and was lying on his arms on the kitchen table when suddenly he remembered something very important that he forgot to give to his brother.
The "very important thing" which was now a paper plane was a notice from the Municipality that said the water will be cut of in certain parts of Domino City from 7:30 to 1:30 on Friday 07/03/2013, today's date. Should I tell Seto , what will he do if I tell him now... Mokuba was snapped out of his train of thought when Seto suddenly got up from under the sink and said hold your thumbs little brother. Seto opened the tap and out came some water through the drain pipe. Um Seto the Municipality gave a notice that they have to cut the water supply to work on some pipes tonight and I forgot to give it to you. Seto was standing still staring at Mokuba and most likely imagining his hands around Mokuba's throat when he suddenly began speaking very calmly and slowly: "So I spend the whole night fixing something that wasn't broken". "No big brother you spend te whole night braking something that didn't need any fixing". Then suddenly the neighbours heard a very loud scream from poor Mokuba.
