A cloaked figure walked silently through the streets. Its dark brown eyes darted around, like a murderer looking our for any witnesses. At last, when it was sure that absolutely no one was near, it began to bend quickly.
The movement of its arms seemed blurred at that incredible speed while the previously undisturbed earth began to shape. The rocks and soil began to form what looked like a large, elaborate tent. At last, the arms slowed down, retreating back to their masters side and the red cloak gently fell as well. The figure looked at the moon one more time before going inside her tent, and waited until sunrise.
Then, it removed its cloak, revealing a simple dress patched with red and dusty green colored cloth. It was clearly worn out, perhaps from too much travel. The figure, now clearly seen as a female, combed her short black hair before lying down and falling asleep. It wouldn't be long before the people in the fire nation streets would notice the peculiar tent and her career would start all over again. This person was Sei, the traveling fortuneteller of love.
Perhaps the fire nation capitol was not the best place for a young earthbending fortuneteller, but this was where she ended up being lazy as a stowaway, so this was where she did her job, like a passing storm. Always leaving a large mark for some and a smaller for others, whether it be for good or bad, her effect never seems to completely vanish even when she is gone. Soon, the city would awaken to find this strange out-of-place tent with a dirty old earth kingdom peasant inside, claiming to be a fortuneteller. Just a matter of time. This was the beginning...
Author's Note: Hi people!!! I'm back to writing again!!! Maybe not so much, but I'm writing again and I think I've improved!!! I think... Anyway, constructive criticism is liked! Just not flaming.
