Disclaimer: I don't own Doctor Who David Tennant or Billie Piper or the TARDIS (very unfortunately)

A/N: This is some ramblings of journeys in the TARDIS I promise I'll finish Switching Planes! PLEASE R&R folks!

"Pull the vortex loop Rose!" The Doctor shouted.

"The what?" Rose hollered back.

"The pully thing! It's like a lever but pull it!" He said miming the actions manically.

"Right pully thing!" Rose nodded and looked for anything resembling a lever which she could pull. She found a handle sticking out, afraid it may be the wrong one she tugged gently at it.

"More than that!" He cried, obviously she had the right one... "make it a quick succession of..." He ran around and twisted a knob beside, "Let's say about 8 hmm?"

Rose pulled at the lever 8 times and the TARDIS hummed and the lights soon stopped.

"Where are we?" She asked excitement bubbling up inside her.

"Hummm, dunno, I really do not know." He was a very talkative Doctor. "Wanna go see?" He asked excitedly.

"Yeah!" She replied chasing after him.

They opened the TARDIS doors to a big white room, completely circular and a big blue police box slap bang in the middle. The floor gleamed against the strong lights beaming against the floor.

"What is this? A tanning machine?" She grinned.

"Mmmmmmm...no... UV lights create a tanning machine, and why would you want to be in one. Kills your skin cells!" He patted her back.

"I was just guessing." she shrugged.

"We are... we are, we are, we are... in a big white room with big shiny lights." He said staring at the ceiling.

Great the new doctor seemed slightly idiotic unfortunately... "Yeah I can see that. What does that mean?" She asked.

"It's means... it could mean, we are in a prison, could be a palace, could be a very clean place... are you sure you pulled the vortex loop 8 times."

"What's that got to do with anything?"

"Well sometimes... oh look we have company!" The walls opposite them began to de materialise and a big window appeared. "A window... mirror... window... mirror?"

"It's a window Doctor." Rose snapped.

"I knew that! It could be a mirror and those people could be our own twisted reflections... I'm still getting used to this body that nice purple man over there could be me." He pointed out.

"Yeah but he has tentacles coming out of his head." Rose replied. "Can you feel anything like that? And last time I checked I wasn't a small dog thing."

"Tch... fair enough, we are a big touchy aren't we?"

"I'm fine... They don't look very happy do they..." Rose observed.

"Excuse me? Do you know where we are?" He walked over to the window and the man with the purple head and tentacles who hissed at him, the smaller creature scratched at the divide between them.

Rose wandered behind, sure she was fine with the new Doctor he seemed to be much more trustworthy... and open, and less withdrawn.

"WHERE ARE WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE?" The Doctor yelled at the purple man through the glass divide, waving his arms.

Much less withdrawn...

The purple man touched the glass and beneath his finger tips the material began to dissolve slowly and the man stepped through and grabbed the Doctor by the neck.

"I think you irritated him." Rose suggested.

"Just a little bit!" The Doctor choked as his feet began flailing and he began to rise from the floor, "You're strong mate!" He patted the man's beefy muscular arm and began prying at the fingers enclosed around his neck.

"You are in the Quientoctupre system. Leave immediately or face my wrath."

"I-I-I'm... "
"Stop it!" Rose shouted.

The purple man turned to her, "Don't make me deal with you too."
