six months after the thing with Doom, Roger and Jessica divorced, and Jessic and Doloris started dating. Roger moved in with Eddie when he moved to an appartment and almost a year later realized he was falling for the human. Roger also realized that Eddie hated toons no matter what, and would never feel the same. he looked out the window to Eddie talking to Doloris and his ex-wife.

he watched Eddie and wished he could stop wanting what would never happen. he sat down on the couch and dreamed quietly of what could never happen. Roger looked up when Eddie walked in. he made a face.
"what the hell are you listening to Roger?" Eddie ask. Roger shrugged.

"it says Can you feel my heart by Bring me the Horizon." Roger replied. Eddie listened to the song that Roger was listening to.
I'm scared to get close and I hate being alone. I long for that feeling to not feel at all. The higher I get, the lower I'll sink. I can't drown my demons, they know how to swim. Can you feel my heart?
Eddie paused a moment.
"your still listening to the song that you don't know. is there something you want to talk about Roger?" Eddie ask. Roger shook his head. Eddie walked up behind the rabbit and picked him up ,by the back of his throat. Eddie looked into Rogers eyes and studdied his face. after a moment Eddie smirked and kissed Roger straight on the lips. he pulled back and sat Roger down. as he walked out of the room he laughed and turned to Roger. "next time Roge, just say something." Eddie said. he turned and walked out of the room. Roger sat dazed on the couch for a moment.
"maybe you can feel my heart..." Roger whispered with a smile. he climbed off the couch and went after Eddie.
