Alexander pushed up his glasses.
"What?"
"It's the moon-god. Candy?"
Alexander held a bag of toffee just a few inches from Lorcan's face.
"What are you talking about?"
"You know, gods and stuff…"
Lorcan looked at Alexander with his mouth open. "Alex, I have schoolwork to do…"
"I need your help."
Lorcan put his quill down and sighed. "You do?"
"I'm in love."
"I know."
"You do?"
"You thought I was brainless, or…?"
"What? No…"
"Just kiss the dude! Now, I actually need your help, I'm hopeless with Potions."
