Hey everyone, this is my first FanFic and I'm really excited
I wrote this poem before Breaking Dawn came out so if you're wondering and some of the things that are in the poem, that should explain it. Also, when I wrote this poem, I was all for Edward and was trying to mess with one of my friends (who was all for Jake). I have nothing against Jake now!

A Special Promise
Carrying me through the woods
Flashing past the trees
Moving so fast
You can not see
To a beautiful meadow
To fulfill a special promise
He lifts me of his back
And sets me in the grass
There's no turning back
It's like walking on glass

Sparkling in the sun shine
Skin as white as snow
He thinks I smell divine
This is defiantly not a show

Coming from a shadow
We here a rustling sound
It's intent on making a widow
It starts to circle around

He leaps to his feet
Preparing to defend me
But I've already been defeated
For to lose him would kill me

It circles ever closer
Before leaping at his throat
At the thought of losing my composer
I might just have a stroke

The fatal dance has come to an end
For someone has found
The upper hand
My heart begins to pound

Laying its reddish browns fur
He comes to me smiling crookedly
I'm so happy I could purr

I run to his open arms
Tripping slightly on the way
I'm so glad he has come to no harm
For I'll be just like him by May

So I sit by his side
Watching the clouds go by
I'm filled with such pride
Sitting so close by

The sky begins to darken
I cuddle closer to him
About to be enlightened
To get my every whim
